If you chose the wrong size/grind/bean or simply want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP before we get your beans roasted and sent. After the coffee is roasted, we cannot cancel/change them anymore.
If for any reason you are not happy with your coffee, you may return them to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange on us.

Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders ship from the US, so international shipping may take a bit longer and cost a bit more.
